Shiloh House Ministries End of 2018

2018

Year At A Glance….

What a year it has been… Seems like it just flew by! The word we keep hearing is out with the old and IN with the NEW. It has been a year of more trust in The Lord offered and explained to individuals as we hear from The Lord. Transition is all around us as we step into this new year of 2019, building on more ‘delight’ in The Lord.

It’s been a continuing year of growth and trust that ties in with relationship building with leaders that contact us to reconnect and seek further growth in Father God. Leaders often are discouraged, burnt out, have emotional and physical problems through all the years of stress and tremendous duties as leaders in churches.

As Shiloh House Ministries continues to minister in more love and listening prayer, people are coming to tell their stories in confidentiality. As we introduce them to a deeper relationship in a safe, secure environment, prayer and instructions allows them to develop Father God’s intimate desire for their lives. More freedom, more desire and understanding unconditional love results in Father God’s affirmation that it’s ok to enjoy their life, to love themselves more, and be comforted and to hear that it is” well done and Father is pleased with them.” Knowing that its not their calling firstmost, but its a purpose that Father God has for them, it is redefined in this atmosphere of love. Hearing specific words of how Father is well pleased with them. This opens up their souls to exchange their perspective and the hidden core lies for Jesus’ truth, in bringing the fruit that Heaven had in mind all along for their lives.

The people that Father God has in his hands and heart, He knows who to bring to certain ministries. We pray and intercede for people in advance and a relationship of trust is developed. When we hear from God, we know these are the ones He wants us to minister to. We introduce a higher level of love in Fathers atmosphere, and to bring more of the kingdom to their life, because of Jesus’ love for them.

Testimony from M.H., Ohio December, 2018:

“Hello Rich!

My name is (M, H.), You may not remember me by name. But I sure remember you and Debra for the blessing you have been in my life and in my families lives. I met you ….at a Shiloh place meeting with Trisha Frost. It was about 4.5 years ago if I’m remembering correctly. I was praying this morning and the Lord brought your name to my mind and He told me to email you and let you know how much of a blessing you have been.

You met me when my marriage was a mess and I too was quite a disaster. I lived In fear and hurt. You took time to speak and give me words from the Father that changed the course of my life. You told me that I would live a long life serving the Lord and traveling to other countries for ministry. You said I would lead the way for healing to come to my broken family and help free my friends as well. Well I’m writing you today from a totally different place in life. My marriage is restored beyond my wildest imagination. I’m now the whole, health leader of this family, and I really truly know how much I’m loved by our amazing Father. I now have a great relationship with my mother and father as well. God has truly set me free. He has removed all our debt and is getting us ready for the next stage of life. We are now ready and dreaming about traveling to the nations and sharing Gods true self with hurting people. I thank you so very much Rich and Debra for being faithful to Jesus and for giving the words that set me on a course to freedom.

God Bless you – You are always in my prayers from this day on.

Your Friend, (M.H.) , Uniontown, Ohio”

January and February we spent time with Rich checking on doctors for his shoulder pain. These months seemed to drift away into March. March 22nd was the start of an advanced leadership school in Myrtle Beach.

April 30th-May 3 Sonship School with Shiloh Place here in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Many folks coming from across the nation to grow more in gaining their inheritance as sons and daughters. We offered hourly prayer sessions in the evening and ministered to a young couple in their 30’s and a man from Georgia who ran a men’s and women’s drug rehab center. He was renewing Fathers love between him and his Dad.

This teaching offered a session on PTSD. Robin and Phyllis taught and then prayed over many who came foreward. PTSD can affect anybody who has had major trauma in their life, not just for military as so many have believed for many years.

River Haven Home gets a new roof:

In April we received a phone call saying that we were 7th on the list of grant money to replace a very worn roof on our home.

We had a very rainy spring and prayed that the rain would not hold up the roof replacement. It continued to rain and on Friday, we received a call to say we were next 2 in line. We were to head out to New England on June 14th so we . So they pushed us first and we were next in line. Rain continued to pour down until Wednesday arrived and they came with crew to do our roof. The SUN CAME OUT AND SKIES WERE CLEAR till Thursday when they finished up. God held the rain off so we could get our roof done, and leave that same afternoon for NE.

New England Trip:

On June 14, we headed to Calvary Pentecostal Camp in Ashland, VA to spend the night on route to Pennsylvania. We ran into David on staff at the camp, and spoke into his life.

We spent 3 nights visiting friends in Tamaqua, PA, and enjoyed time at the lake, visited friends from Bulgaria, went to Blue Mountain Retreat and heard about Robert Stearns trip to Israel. Met 2 ladies who prayed for us and gave us a word from the Lord. “The Lord told me to write you a check for $100 as a “seed” to go to Israel.” What a blessing for Father God to speak to their hearts in such a wonderful, confirming way. We now have started a fund and believing for donations to travel to Israel this year.

Barbara and Dick’s 75TH Anniversary Celebration:

Rich’s Mom’s health had been declining for some time now – Sleeping a lot and in pain. Our plans were to visit both of them in their apartment for several days. However, Richs Mom Barbara ended falling and breaking her femur and ended up in the rehab center a few months before we arrived. Dick, Rich’s Dad, was also having issues with his legs swelling, and feeling faint from lung issues. He ended up in the hospital a week or so before we arrived. However, they were both in the same rehab place when we arrived from The Carolinas. On the day of their anniversary June 2lst, Rich’s sister and family, grandkids and close friends came to the rehab center with a beautiful cake, cards and balloons to celebrate Mom and Dad’s 75 years of marriage. We had cake, ice cream, and Dick read the cards to Barbara, as her eyesight was very poor, almost blind in her eyes.

We sang happy anniversay in the lounge area, took lots of pictures and even did a video of Barbara talking about her life and family. A wonderful time with everyone.

June 22nd: It was time to be off to visit long time friends in Norwell. We went to the beach with our friend Roland, had a nice lunch out, and enjoyed Heather’s great cooking of our favorite haddock dish. It’s something we look foreward to every year. Went to Sasquish Beach, and enjoyed the beautiful blue water.

New England Awakening Event with Tommie Zito Ministries:

At the end of June, we headed to North Attleboro, Mass to stay with friends and to attend the New England Awakening tent crusade in Central Falls, RI, with our Pastor friends George and Dotty Ellingwood from Genesis Church, W. Greenwich, RI.

A weeklong event with folks from across the nation hungry for Jesus and revival. Seven glorious days of worship, praise, teaching and the fire of God descending upon those in attendance. You can see the many flags representing many nations that were in attendance and we were interceding for.

July 5th, Headiing home with many joyous memories of delight.

July 6-7, 2018:

Prophetic Journey Weekend, Ruth Mangiacapre, hosted by Catch The Fire Ministry, Conway, SC.

Attended a prophetic conference weekend at Catch the Fire in Myrtle Beach. Great time with old friends and meeting new friends. Really enjoyed Prophetic Journey by Ruth Mangiacapre. Many aspects of teaching and applications in small groups and roles in the prophetic hearing from God. Impartation teaching of the prophetic followed.

Topics: Can you recall a time when The Lord called you? What did He reveal? Have you pursued it? Why or why not?

July 16, 2018 was our 41st wedding anniversary. Spent some time reminiscing and going out to dinner at one of our favorite places Cafe Amalfi at the Hilton, overlookingthe ocean.

Rich’s Mom Barbara’s Journey continues:

Rich’s Mom was declining and she came down with pneumonia. She was put in hospice and sedated. We called her Sunday afternoon and asked to speak with her. The nurse put the phone up to her ear and Rich and I spoke to her. She could not speak but the nurse said she was smiling.

On Wednesday, August 8th we were told that Barbara had gone on to her heavenly reward. Our prayer was for God to heal her up or take her home. She was just 6 weeks shy of 97 years old! We had been praying that she would not pass on Dick’s birthday August 12th.

On August 11th, we were once again heading to New England. For this trip, we were to fly to Boston, meeting our daughter the next day. Colleen booked a 2 bedroom suite which was wonderful for us. Rich was asked to speak at his Moms memorial service, just as he had spoken at this brothers funeral 8 years ago. At the funeral home, we were greeted by the funeral director we had seen at Bobby’s service. He had been greatly touched by Rich’s words and came up to us after his brother’s service, noticeably touched and shaken. He now owns this funeral home and welcomed us with open arms.

Rich’s family tried to get a Pastor to do the service but no one was available, so they were able to attain the services of Deacon Ray. Rich met Deacon Ray and shook hands. Deacon Ray spoke a few words of celebrating Barbara’s life and then handed the microphone to Rich. Rich then spoke and talked about the love of God, about his Mom and some wonderful memories, bringing laughter and grinning to his sisters. The deacon then came back and dovetailed on Rich’s words and implored folks to heed to what Richard said about The Father’s love and to be sure of your eternity. It was an amazing service directed by our wonderful God.

Hurricane Florence hits The Carolinas, September:

September and October are hurricane season here at the beach and this year proved to be one for the records. Sept. 9th we were preparing for our one week ‘Father Loves You School’ in Myrtle Beach, and when we arrived on Monday, Sept. 10th we had great anticipation that we would not be hit as badly as predicted. As the morning rolled on, the governor declared our area ‘a state of emergency’. Our week long school turned into a one day school. Although it was only one day, the testimonies coming back later proved to be very fruitful. We battened down the hatches, housed our neighbors entire home in our garage, and then headed to Charlotte, NC to stay with our daughter.

We did not know when we would be able to return. As it turns out, our town of Conway, SC was hit very hard. HIghway 90 that leads to our home was flooded over and the road was closed going south. We are grateful that other than a tree that came uprooted on our hill near the river, we did not receive damage. The river came up the hill about 75 feet to the observation deck on our property, covering our walkway.

Sept. 7th All day prayer ministry facilitating, for C.W. at Myrtle Beach:

C.W. Testimony:

“I was confronted with a memory of past childhood trauma. Somehow Jesus McSneaky led both Rich and Debra to me and an appointment was set for our time of inner healing prayer. I was very hesitant as I wasn’t sure what to expect although I had several types of prayer in the past. However, I needed to communicate what God revealed to me and needed healing! After I met with Rich and Debra I was able to relax and become opened to what God want to do. They gently and casually led me through a series of prayers and in-between snacks we prayed some more. After our thorough session together, I sensed a confidence inside of me that radiated outward. Instantly joy was restored and a I had a sense of peace. I even looked better… actually I glowed. When I visited my family, the love of God through me naturally poured out upon them and they received it; there was a major breakthrough of unconditional love for each other. Other types of fear lifted off of me as well. I would definitely recommend Shiloh House Ministries to anyone needing inner healing…why walk around feeling bound when you can walk in freedom? “

October 15-18th Sonship School, Myrtle Beach, SC

We had 9 ministry leaders from across the country and Canada. It was an intimate home setting giving individual attention to all who attended. These leaders came to reclaim what they heard in this message 12-15 year ago, to hear from Father God, discover difference between emotional points and the root areas in memory that needed healing. Attendees learned to ask specific questions, as heard from the Holy Spirit in small group / training sessions. The Holy spirit prayed through leaders and great healing resulted in small group sessions.

November 5-8, 2018. Father Loves You School in Myrtle Beach

Enjoying helping ministers that are hurt and gettting burnt out. God is revealing more of what sons and daughters look like to Him. We are making ourselves available to them, and re-introduce them back to Father God’s vision and purpose for them. He has been there all the time. Father God is leading them back on the directed pathway, releasing them to love and enjoy their life in God.

Enjoyed Thanksgiving at our daughters in Charlotte, NC.

Our son-in-law headed for hip replacement surgery the Monday after Thanksgiving. I brought several homemade dishes and pie for our banquet dinners. Jim had outpatient anterior surgery that was performed through the front, thereby requiring no muscle cutting. This amazing new procedure allowed for a shorter recovery period. He is recovering very well.

Dec 10-11, 2018:

We facilitated a 2 – day prayer ministry session with a Pastor and his wife from South Dakota. They arrived as recommended by their church staff, after resigning their positions, and had several health issues beside. We facilitated as directed by The Holy Spirit offering healing prayers for childhood and generational issues. Ministrered to specific areas as related to hidden core pain, affecting their emotional and physical body.
